It is a little bit tricky but Landru Chocolates can infuse beer in pate de fruit but with no more alcohol after cooking. So people in beer industry can use it as promo for branding or sell them as unique product. Pate de fruit is not heat sensitive nor cold sensitive so you can send them by ground mailing as gifts. It is vegan because it is not cooked with dairy. Having said that no more alcohol, it is prudent to just serve beer pate de fruit to adults.
Pate de fruit makes more intense the flavor of any infusion. How does it taste? It captures the beer taste very well. Beer taste becomes more pronounce as time passes. We tried Scotch Ale Beer and Guiness Extra Stout. Shelf life could be as long as six months.
